I am a psychologist  and in 2011, I started working as a PhD student on the project “Autism and aging” and after I recieved my PhD I was working as a lecturer at the Brain and Cognition department (Psychology) of the University of Amsterdam. Before joining d’Arc, I studied neuropsychology at the University of Turin (Italy) and I conducted research for my thesis at the University of Birmingham (UK). Currently I work as a postdoc at the VU and as a psychologist at Dimence.

In my PhD project, I compared a group of people aged 20 till 75 years with autism, Asperger syndrome and PDD-NOS with people without autism. I focus on differences and similarities in comorbidity and cognition and how this might interact with age-related differences.
